Remove Subaffiliate option from Affiliate panel
If you don't want affiliates to add/signup subaffiliates or just remove this function, you would need to remove it from the template files.Go to merchant panel > configuration > design > affiliate panel > edit theme you're using (you may need to create copy of default theme)
Find files home.tpl, promotools_screen.tpl and advanced_screen.tpl and remove {widget id="SignupSubaffiliates"} from each one of them.
Then find home.tpl, campaigns_list.tpl, banners.tpl and remove {widget id="Reports"} from each one of them.
Save changed files.
You may remove Tree of subaffiliates and Subaffiliate sale stats directly in the Merchant panel - Configuration - Affiliate panel - Menu&Screens - and in the left tab drag and drop desired tabs into Trash bin (Tree of subaffiliates and Subaffiliate are located under Reports by default).
