Private campaigns

By default, all campaigns in Post Affiliate Pro are public, which means that all affiliates can view and promote them. Private campaigns feature allows you to create private campaigns, which will be visible only to selected affiliates.

Activating the feature

This feature is available only in Professional edition. Users of Starter and Xpress editions can purchase it individually.

The feature has to be activated before it can be used. To activate it go to your merchant panel -> Configuration -> Features
There click on Activate button next to the Private campaigns feature. If you have Starter or Xpress edition, you have to buy it first.
After this, the feature is activated. Now you can specify the type of your campaign.

Specifying the campaign type

When the feature is activated, you can go to Campaign manager and open some campaign for editation. Go to the Edit details tab. There is a new section caled Campaign type.

Here you can choose from the three types:

• Public - campaign will be visible to all affiliates
• Public with manual approval - campaign will be visible to all affiliates, but they have to be approved by merchant before they can promote the campaign
• Private - campaign will be visible only to affiliates you invite

Inviting users to private campaigns

To invite affiliates to private campaign, you have to open the Affiliate manager in merchant panel, and there's a new function Invite to campaign.

You should select the affiliates you want to invite, and then click the button and choose the private campaign to invite them to.
