Anchor links
This is the same tracking method as "New Style Links" but with one difference which makes linking more powerful.These days, people likes SEO optimized websites, SEO approach, SEO all... And this kind of link is the best one for SEO. Even better than links rewritten with MOD rewrite (.htaccess). The links works the same way as "New Style Links" but now the variables are called as an anchor - within the page. Google loves these links so your tracking will won with this style. The links look like this:
http://www.examplesite.com/#a_aid=refid&a_bid=73d672s1
NEW Even better linking style is possible now:
http://www.example.com/#refid
You can enable it in Tracking settings in Configuration. Please keep in mind this will take some additional processing power.For this tracking method you need to integrate landing pages with click tracking code.
