What's needed to install PMP/VSG:

1) Target
- provide domain

2) Hosting panel account and password
- for mysql
- cron setup - if possible from panel

3) FTP account and password (for file uploading, permissions setting)

4) Shell account and password
- may be needed if panel not sufficient
