You can create your own custom translation of LiveAgent WordPress plugin.
Locate files translation_template.po and translation_template.mo in your Live Agent plugin directory in languages/ subdirectory.
You can use these files to create your own translation. Just follow this guide.
Or, just open and edit translation_template.po file. Then send it to us with your language description and we add it to next release.
