Tracking is not working

Merchants can not upload files and create banners
If you created a custom role for your merchants and allowed everything concerning the Banners, but they are still unable to upload files or create banners, then you should check in the particular roles the following permission: Db file Make sure, that this permission is set to All or at least write.
Transactions are processed slowly
