How to Request Migration Service
When you are ready to migrate, simply open a Trial account with Post Affiliate Pro and send a migration request email to support@postaffiliatepro.com with the subject line Migration request. Alternatively, you can contact us via our online chat at our website to request migration services.
The migration process is handled by our senior developers and administrators, ensuring quality and reliability throughout the transition.
Please provide the following information:
- Current standalone installation URL
- Your current hosted (Trial) account
- Details of any specific customizations implemented
- SSH/Shell access to your current Post Affiliate Pro domain, or at minimum FTP or cPanel admin access. We require access to your installation files and database to create a database dump and migrate it from your server.
- Order ID or License ID associated with your Post Affiliate Pro account
After receiving all the necessary information, our senior developers and administrators will conduct the migration to ensure quality and reliability. You will be notified once the migration is complete and fully tested.
After migration, please update the tracking scripts on your websites to reflect your new Post Affiliate Pro tracking domain.
