How to Change the Owner of a Campaign

There may be occasions when you need to update the owner (merchant) of an existing campaign. Follow these steps to make this change:

Step 1: Access the Campaign Manager

In the network owner (admin) panel, navigate to Start > Campaigns > Campaign Manager. Locate the campaign you wish to update and click the edit (pencil) icon on the right. This will open the Edit Campaign window.

Step 2: Edit Campaign Details

Select the Edit Details tab and scroll down to the Campaign Account section. Click the drop-down button next to the Account label and select the desired owner from the list.


 

Step 3: Save Your Changes

Once you have made your selection, scroll down and click SAVE to apply the changes.
