Affiliates can then access and copy the banner code directly from their affiliate panel under Promotion > Banners & Links, enabling them to start promoting immediately without manual intervention.
For merchants who need to share specific banner codes or links with individual affiliates, the recommended approach is to log into the affiliate's account and copy the promotional material directly from their panel. This ensures accuracy and allows merchants to verify exactly which resources the affiliate will receive.
Campaign Visibility and Private Campaigns
Post Affiliate Pro offers flexible campaign visibility controls to match different affiliate program strategies. By default, all campaigns are public, meaning every registered affiliate has access to promote all available campaigns and their associated banners and links.
However, if you're running private campaigns, the visibility rules change significantly. When you add a new banner or link to a private campaign, it will only be displayed to affiliates who are already members of that specific private campaign. Affiliates outside the private campaign group will not see these promotional materials, allowing you to create exclusive offers and maintain targeted affiliate partnerships.
Private Campaign Modes
Private campaigns support three distinct visibility modes:
- Public campaigns – Visible to all affiliates, who can promote them at any time
- Public campaigns with manual approval – Visible to all affiliates, but they must receive merchant approval before they can begin promoting
- Private campaigns – Visible only to specifically invited affiliate members
This structure gives merchants complete control over campaign distribution, enabling tiered affiliate programs where premium partners or specialized affiliates receive exclusive promotional access.
