How to Update Payment and Billing Information

If you are using our hosted (SaaS) solution of Post Affiliate Pro (Network), you can update your payment information directly from the merchant (network owner) panel in the My Account section.

Note: If you are not logged into PAP/PAN using the https:// protocol, the software will prompt you to switch to the https:// protocol before you can proceed with updating your billing details.

If you visit the My Account (My Account > Overview) section and see a message such as:

We have recently changed our payment method to a more robust and secure solution. We need you to re-enter your billing and credit card information.

as shown in the image below:

then you must first update your payment method.

Simply click the "Update payment method" button or navigate to the My Account > Payment method section, where you can select your preferred payment method (Credit Card or PayPal):

Once you have updated your payment method, you will also need to update your billing information (which will appear on the invoice) in the My Account > Billing info section:
