The entire billing process can be set up or modified through the "My Account" section. You do not need to contact our support team to update your invoicing email address or change your current home address—everything can be managed directly by you.
When completing checkout or updating your billing details, please ensure you select the correct country, as this significantly impacts billing.
Clients from the EU can enter their VAT ID during the billing process to receive monthly pricing without VAT included; prices will be calculated automatically in euros.
Clients from non-EU countries will be charged in US dollars, with VAT automatically excluded.
Our billing processor determines whether you are billed in euros or dollars based on the information provided in the billing form.
