Has your software download validity for your Downloadable license expired? You can renew your download validity at any time in the members area. Follow this step-by-step guide to renew your license quickly and easily.
- Step One:
Go to the members area login screen and log into your account.
- Step Two:
Find the product for which you want to extend the download period and note the license ID.
- Step Three:
Contact us at support@qualityunit.com so we can create an invoice for you manually. Please provide your billing details (including your VAT ID if you are purchasing as a company). After you pay the invoice, we will extend your license validity so you can continue using your software.
