I do not have my LiveAgent account yet!
If you do not have any LiveAgent license or hosted account yet, you can just create on for free. Just go menu->Configuration->Liveagent Helpdesk configuaration and proceed with new account creation. Just fill in your name, email, phone number (so we can contact you in case of problem or to offer you some cool stuff) and domain name.
If you choose domain name like "mydomain" - we will create your support portal on domain "mydomain.ladesk.com" and you can then access it directly using url https://mydomain.ladesk.com if you want.
Hit "Create your account" button and relax! Your account will be create in few minutes. You'll also receive confirmation email and your login credentials. When done, you are ready to provide full chat/email/facebook/twitter support.
