Customer question: What does "Active, not running" mean in a campaign?
Solution: Each campaign can have one of the following statuses: active, paused, or stopped (here you can read more about campaign statuses). However, you may see the status Active, not running if the campaign is published (visible to your affiliates) but no commissions are set. Depending on your goals, you can resolve this status either by stopping the campaign (to hide it from your affiliates) or by setting up a commission—such as a sale commission—to fully activate the campaign. When a campaign is not running, it is not possible to track a sale or action. As soon as you configure a commission, you will be able to track your commissions.
