When testing sale or lead tracking in Post Affiliate Pro (Network), it is most effective to view only the essential logs relevant to sale or lead tracking.
Viewing Sale or Lead Logs in Version 5.x.x.x and Later
In Post Affiliate Pro (Network) version 5.x.x.x and later, navigate to Tools > Event Logs. From the search in drop-down menu, select the Sale debug filter. This allows you to display only sale- or lead-related logs.
Filtering Logs in Earlier Versions
For earlier versions of Post Affiliate Pro (Network), go to Tools > Event Logs and click the Advanced search link to access more filtering options. Among these, you will find the option to “Add a Custom Filter Field.”
By clicking this link, you can add several custom filter fields. Please add the following fields as needed:
After adding the custom filter fields, click the “Save Filter” link to save your filter. From this point onward, you can select this filter at any time from the top-left drop-down menu at Tools > Event Logs.
With this approach, you can efficiently review only the essential logs, saving you significant time.
Viewing Logs for a Specific Order
If you wish to view the logs for a specific order that has been tracked by Post Affiliate Pro, you can directly access the related logs from Transactions > Commissions. To do this, enable the ‘Log group’ option in the ‘Edit view’ section (located above the transaction grid). Then, click the magnifier icon that appears next to the relevant ‘Log group’ number in the ‘Log group’ column.
