This guide explains all available conditions that can be defined in Performance rewards feature.
- Number of sales (1st tier) -> Count of 1st tier (personally referred) per Sale commissions.
- Number of action commissions -> Count of 1st tier (personally referred) Action Commissions of selected (or all) types.
- Number of recurring sales (1st tier) -> Count of 1st tier (personally referred) commissions of type Recurring.
- Value of commissions -> Sum of all commissions (from all tiers) of types Sale, Action, Click and CPM earned by affiliate.
- Value of commissions (1st tier) -> Sum of 1st tier (personally referred) commissions of types Sale, Action, Click and CPM earned by the affiliate.
- Value of click commissions (1st tier) -> Sum of 1st tier (personally referred) per Click commissions earned by affiliate.
- Value of click commissions (at any tier) -> Sum of all (from all tiers) per Click commissions earned by affiliate.
- Value of sales commissions (1st tier) -> Sum of 1st tier (personally referred) per Sale commissions earned by affiliate.
- Value of sales commissions (at any tier) -> Sum of all (from all tiers) per Sale commissions earned by affiliate.
- Value of actions commissions (1st tier) -> Sum of 1st tier (personally referred) per Action commissions earned by affiliate.
- Value of actions commissions (at any tier) -> Sum of all (from all tiers) per Action commissions earned by affiliate.
- Value of total cost -> Sum of Total Cost values of 1st tier (personally referred) commissions of types Sale, Action, Click and CPM earned by the affiliate.
- Value of total cost in sales -> Sum of Total Cost values of 1st tier (personally referred) commissions of type per Sale earned by the affiliate.
- Value of direct sub-affiliates total cost -> Sum of Total Cost values of 1st tier (personally referred) per Sale commissions earned by direct sub-affiliates of a given parent affiliate for whom the rule executes.
- Value of total cost at any tier -> Sum of Total Cost values of all per Sale commissions (from all tiers) earned by the affiliate.
- Value of total cost in recurring sales -> Sum of Total Cost values of 1st tier (personally referred) commissions of type Recurring.
- Value of total cost in sales and recurring sales (1st tier) -> Sum of Total Cost values of 1st tier (personally referred) commissions of type per Sale and Recurring.
- Value of total cost in sales and recurring sales (at any tier) -> Sum of Total Cost values of all (from all tiers) commissions of type per Sale and Recurring.
- Value of total cost in sales and recurring sales (1st tier) of whole users tree -> Sum of Total Cost values of 1st tier (personally referred) commissions of type per Sale and Recurring earned by ALL subaffiliates, the whole downline. This does not include the personally referred commissions of the parent affiliate himself, only his team / downline.
- Number of sales and recurring sales (1st tier) -> Count of 1st tier (personally referred) commissions of type per Sale and Recurring.
- Count of direct sub-affiliates -> Condition is triggered when affiliate reaches defined number of direct sub-affiliates.(Affiliates registered directly under him in his affiliate tree)
- Count of visible sub-affiliates -> Condition is triggered when affiliate reaches defined number of sub-affiliates visible to him in his affiliate tree. The number of visible sub-affiliate tiers is defined in Configuration->Affiliate panel->Tiers visible.
- Count of all sub-affiliates -> Condition is triggered when affiliate reaches defined number of all sub-affiliates in his affiliate tree.
- Value of commissions in recurring sales (1st tier) -> Sum of 1st tier (personally referred) commissions of type Recurring earned by the affiliate.
- Number of sales on specific tier -> Count of per Sale commissions earned by affiliate on specific tier only.
- Value of commissions on specific tier -> Sum of commissions of types Sale, Action, Click and CPM earned by affiliate on specific tier only.
- Conversion rate (for sales) -> Percentage represents how many per Sale commissions were created from clicks. 100 * per Sale commission count / number of clicks.
- Conversion rate (for actions) -> Percentage represents how many per Action commissions were created from clicks. 100 * per Action commission count / number of clicks.
- Conversion rate (action to sale) -> Percentage represents how many per Sale commissions were created from Action commissions. 100 * per Sale commission count / per Action commission count.
EXAMPLE:
In performance rewards rules you can use these time conditions
- Actual week -> this week since Monday until now
- Actual month -> this month since first day of month until now
- Actual year -> this year since 1st of January until now
- All unpaid commissions -> all existing unpaid commissions
- Last week -> since Monday to Sunday of previous week
- Last 7 days -> last 7 days including today
- Last 30 days -> last 30 days including today
- Last 90 days -> last 90 days including today
- Last two weeks -> last 2 weeks prior to current week
- Last month -> last month prior to current month
- Last year -> last year prior to current year
- This quarter -> this yearly quarter (Q1: 1 January–31 March, Q2: 1 April-30 June, Q3: 1 July-30 September, Q4: 1 October-31 December)
- Last quarter -> previous yearly quarter
- All time -> since affiliate registered to your affiliate program
- Since day of last month -> since exact day of previous month to end of previous month
- Last number of days -> specific amount of days from now to past
- In number of days since affiliate approval -> In specific number of days since affiliate account was approved in your affiliate program
