Declined - User is declined in the particular commission group.
Pending - User is pending in the particular commission group.
Fixed - User is fixed in the particular commission group. His commission group can not be changed by performance rules.
Ascending - User is moved by performance rules only to commission groups with higher priority than his current commission group.
Descending - User is moved by performance rules only to commission groups with lower priority than his current commission group.
