To resolve this problem, go to your merchant panel. Navigate to Banners --> Banner Manager and find any HTML banner, click EDIT and under the DETAILS tab in the "Banner Parameters" section, at "Preview" select "Iframe" and set the "Iframe size" to either 'Own size' or 'Predefined size'.
Banners does not appear in affiliate panel
