If Post Affiliate Pro is not tracking your sales, please first verify that you have inserted the sale tracking code into your "thank you" page. Ensure this code is placed somewhere between the <body> and </body> HTML tags.
Specific Troubleshooting Steps

My Sale Tracking Code Is Correct, but Sales Are Not Being Tracked
You may have forgotten to insert the click tracking code into your landing page (the destination URL of your banner). Sales cannot be tracked without click tracking. When a visitor clicks on the banner, they are redirected to your landing page. The click tracking code should be present on this page, as it creates cookies where Post Affiliate Pro (PAP) saves data about the affiliate (or it records the visitor’s IP address). When a customer completes a purchase, PAP retrieves affiliate data from these cookies or by searching for the IP address. If clicks are not tracked, PAP cannot determine which affiliate should receive the commission.
Check Your Plugins
If you are using a payment gateway, navigate to the Plugins section to check if there is a plugin available for it. If so, ensure it is activated and properly configured.
Review Your Fraud Protection Settings
Fraud protection settings can sometimes prevent certain sale commissions from being recorded. Review these settings to ensure they are configured correctly.
Check Your Settings
Go to your merchant panel and navigate to Start Menu > Configuration > URL Parameter Names. If you do not see any values here, this may be the reason why sales or clicks are not being tracked.
Default Values
The default values are:
Affiliate ID / Referrer ID: a_aid Banner ID: a_bid Campaign ID: a_cid Data 1: data1 Data 2: data2 Destination URL: desturl
Using Frames on Your Page
If you are using frames (iFrame) on your page, do not insert the tracking code into your main frameset page. Instead, place the tracking code in one of the individual frames, such as the footer or sidebar.
