Note: This feature is available since version 4.6.0.1.
This feature allows you to configure rules for campaigns. By these rules you can change campaign status to Active, Paused, Stopped automatically depends on time or commissions in campaign.
Activating the feature
Activate the feature in the Merchant panel> Configuration> Features> Campaign Scheduler, click the Activate button. After this, the feature is activate and in Edit campaign in section Campaign status is displayed Status Scheduler.
Using the feature
Now you can create rules for campaign by button Add scheduling rule
Creating time rule:
Time rule can activate, pause, stop campaign daily/monthly/weekly on chosen day in week or month or concrete day at concrete hour.
Creating statistics rule:
Statistic rule depends on created commissions therefore can only pause or stop active campaign.
Banners
If you want banners to be influenced by rules, you have to use 'iFrame' or 'JavaScript (dynamic)' wrapper. E.g. if you want banners to be automatically removed from affiliate pages when a campaign is stopped, it is only possible with these two banner wrappers. The static code placed to an affiliate page can only be removed by the affiliate.
