7. Customize your mini-site

Adjust your affiliate signup form

Each Post Affiliate Pro account comes with a mini-site, containing the login and signup forms & quick pre-set pages, where you can publicly share details about your affiliate program, commission rates, terms & conditions, and so on.

The signup form can be adjusted in Configuration > Affiliate signup. In that section, you can add your affiliate program terms & conditions, and decide whether accepting them on signup is mandatory or not.

The fields of your signup form can be managed in the "Fields" tab in the Configuration > Affiliate signup section. In addition to the pre-set fields like username, password, name, etc., you can define up to 25 custom data fields to request various details from your affiliates, including not only plain text or numbers, but also checkboxes/listboxes selections, files, etc.

It is possible to take the code of the signup form without any formatting and embed it into your website.

Update the details in your mini-site

The mini-site is a dedicated landing site where potential affiliates can learn about your affiliate program, access key information, and sign up or log in to their affiliate accounts. It serves as a gateway for new affiliates to join and get started with promoting your products or services.

By default, the mini-site contains 9 pre-set pages - Home, Signup, Login, Contact Us, Tour, About Us, FAQ, Privacy policy, and Terms & conditions. The Home and Signup pages are the most frequently visited pages by new or existing affiliates. These pages, along with the footer displayed on all pages of the mini-site, come with default text content about commission rates, terms & conditions, links, etc., and it's advisable to review and edit the content of these pages to reflect your affiliate program details.
