Post Affiliate Pro allows you to track multiple campaigns with different settings in your affiliate program. This video will show you some basics about creating and editing campaigns.
If you navigate to campaigns and click on Overview, you can see some basics statistics here.
In the campaign manager you can manage each of your affiliate tracking campaigns. A campaign represents a product or group of products that pay the same commission. You can create unlimited number of campaigns for offers to different market segments.
I’ve already created 8 campaigns. If you want to get rid of any campaign just select the campaign by checking this box and click delete. If you want to create a campaign click on Add campaign. Define the campaign name and upload a logo. Here you can also write description in wysiwyg editor.
Leave status as active. Select the campaign type and define cookie lifetime in days. It defines for how many from the original referral your affiliate will get commissions. 0 means infinite. For example, if you specify 14 days, affiliate will get commissions for all sales coming for the 14 days since visitor last clicked on his link. Here you can define if cookie should be deleted after sale.
In the affiliate linking method section you can choose the style of URL links specially for this campaign.
Campaign for commissions can be choosen by Product ID instead of banner. To do this you need to specify all product IDs that belong to this campaign. I’ll explain product id matching in some more advanced tutorials. When you’re finished just click create. New campaign was successfully added.
Now let’s go back to the Campaign manager. You can see that it’s added here. When you click on Edit, you’ll get to the details of that campaign. Here are the details I’ve already added. In the Stats section you can see the performance of this campaign. In the commission settings, define commission type and structure of commissions.
Furthermore, you can add commission groups, see or add affiliates in this campaign and add rule for performance rewards. Performance rewards is a powerful feature that allows you to reward your affiliates for their performance.
