How to Cancel Your Free Trial

This article explains how to cancel your free trial account for Post Affiliate Pro or LiveAgent.

Understanding trial expiration

By default, trial accounts automatically expire after the 1-month trial period. Once the trial period ends, your account will be:

1. Suspended - Your account access will be restricted
2. Terminated - Your account and data will be removed from the system

You do not need to manually cancel your trial account if you are willing to wait for the automatic expiration process.

Immediate cancellation

If you do not want to wait for the automatic expiration and need your account removed immediately, you can request early cancellation by contacting support.

Steps for immediate cancellation

1. Send an email from the email address used to create your account (the owner's email address)
2. Send the email to support@postaffiliatepro.com
3. In your email, clearly state that you wish to cancel your trial account immediately
4. The support team will process your cancellation request and confirm once your account has been removed

Important notes

• You must send the cancellation request from the email address registered as the account owner
• This requirement ensures proper verification and security of your account
• Once your trial is cancelled, you will no longer have access to your account and your data will be permanently removed
