What Happens to Your Data After Cancelling a Post Affiliate Pro Account?

Data Retention and Account Termination in Post Affiliate Pro

This article explains what happens to your account data when you cancel your Post Affiliate Pro subscription and how long your data remains accessible after account termination.

Account Cancellation and Data Retention Timeline

When you cancel your monthly billing in Post Affiliate Pro, your account follows a specific lifecycle:

  1. Active Period: Your Post Affiliate Pro account will remain fully active until the end of your current prepaid billing period.
  2. Suspension: After the prepaid period expires, your account will be automatically suspended.
  3. Termination: Following suspension, your account will be terminated and all data will be permanently removed.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your monthly billing and initiate this process, navigate to the My Account section of your Post Affiliate Pro dashboard. For detailed step-by-step instructions on how to cancel your account, please refer to the Post Affiliate Pro My Account section documentation.

Data Access During the Cancellation Process

During the active period (until the end of your prepaid billing cycle), you will retain full access to your account and all historical data. This allows you to download or export any important information before your account is terminated.

Important Notes

Data is permanently removed after account termination. There is no recovery period after this point.

If you need to preserve any data, ensure you download or export it before your prepaid billing period ends.

The suspension and termination process is automatic and occurs without additional action required on your part.
